Privacy notice

How we protect your privacy

This notice explains how result searches, shared links, downloads, display preferences and the optional Google Preferred Sources control are handled.

Effective 28 August 2026Version 1.3Applies to grw9thclassresult.pk
Short version

We do not create user accounts, build personal profiles or retain a personal search history. Search details are used only to return the result requested by the user.

Result searches

When a visitor searches by roll number or name, the information entered is used to find and display the requested public result. Gujranwala Board Result Hub does not keep a personal history of those searches.

A shared result link may contain the class and roll number. Anyone who receives that link may be able to open the same public result, so share it only with people you trust. A detailed result card may contain personal information.

Print and PDF

Printing and PDF creation happen on the user’s device. A downloaded result may contain personal information, so it should be stored carefully and removed from shared devices when no longer needed.

Browser storage and reminders

  • The selected day or night appearance is saved on the user’s device.
  • The calendar-reminder button creates a calendar file on the user’s device.
  • Neither feature creates an account or stores a result-search history.

Google Preferred Sources

The homepage includes a Preferred Sources control supplied by Google. Loading the control connects the visitor’s browser to Google and shares this website’s address so the control can be displayed. If the visitor uses it, Google handles the preference through the visitor’s Google session. Gujranwala Board Result Hub does not receive or store Google account information. Google handles that interaction under its Privacy Policy.

Practical privacy choices

  • Use roll-number search on a trusted device and network.
  • Do not post an unredacted result card or result link publicly.
  • Delete downloaded PDFs from shared devices when no longer needed.
  • Use the official board channel for corrections to the examination record.

Questions and corrections

Privacy questions about this website can be sent to contact@grw9thclassresult.pk. Do not email an unredacted result card or identity document. Official examination-record corrections must be taken to BISE Gujranwala.
